I was just trying to order a frame, but the whole process ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. The site kept confusing me, and checkout felt clunky and slow. I felt kind of passed around, like I had to keep figuring out the next step on my own instead of it being straightforward

I’ve dealt with returns from a few other places and this was definitely one of the more frustrating experiences. The replacement showed up wrong again, sending it back was a hassle, and customer support took way too long to respond. Compared to other stores that make this stuff simple, this felt unnecessarily difficult. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I mean, it’s fine, I guess. The frame looked decent in the photos, but once I had it in my hands, it felt cheap and flimsy. The corners didn’t line up that well, and there were a few little marks in the finish. Not a huge disaster or anything, obviously, but it definitely wasn’t the quality I was expecting. I probably wouldn’t buy another one.

I ordered a custom frame, and when it arrived, the size was just a bit off. It was close, but not close enough for my print to sit properly, which was frustrating. As someone who’s particular about how my artwork looks once it’s framed, I expected the custom measurements to be more accurate. It’s not a total disaster, but for the price of custom sizing, I was hoping for a better fit.

When this frame showed up, I just stared at it like, no way this is the same one from the photos. Online it looked nice and polished, but in person it gave off such a cheap vibe that I immediately regretted buying it.

The finish looked super flat, and the corners were not nearly as clean as I thought they’d be. I put my print in it hoping maybe it would look better on the wall, but somehow it made the whole thing look worse, which felt a little tragic honestly.
Maybe someone else wouldn’t care as much, but I was weirdly upset about how bad it looked. For me, the appearance was a huge letdown, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again

My frame ended up arriving later than I expected, and when I finally got it, one of the corners didn’t line up right. It just felt a little cheap for the price I paid. The frame showed up with barely any padding in the box, so of course the corners were already dinged when I opened it. The glass even had a chip in it, which was a nice little bonus. Frustrating, honestly. I guess expecting something fragile to be protected during shipping was optimistic.

The frame itself seems decent and the packaging was fine, so I’ll give them credit for that. But I ordered the black frame and ended up receiving a white one instead. It’s frustrating because it’s not what I paid for and it doesn’t match what I needed. The product might be good, but the order mix-up was disappointing.

I reached out to customer service and felt frustrated when I never got a reply. It left me feeling like my message just disappeared.

I ordered a frame and it just sat there for days before it even shipped. The tracking barely updated, and when I reached out, I kept getting different answers about what was going on. It finally showed up way later than expected. Definitely not ordering from here again if I need something by a certain date.

Am I the only one who had a hard time putting this together? The screws just didn’t fit properly, which made the whole assembly way more annoying than it needed to be.
